Don't find too much fault with this attempt
to putting our family records online. There may be bad dates,
missing names, etc. I'll fix them as soon as someone points out the
problem.
Let me tell you what is here right now..
Our Genealogy Home Page
List of all the names in our Genealogy database
List of all the family names in our
Genealogy database
This includes all of the direct ancestors of John and
Mary Cassevoy's children (that's me 'Nick" for example). There are
documented ancestors on Mom's side back about 19 generations to the 1500s
in Europe.
Also included are the known descendents of John and Mary
along with their spouses, children, etc. and there are a lot of
these.
And a lot of time has been spent by a lot of people
gathering information about the 'Cassavaugh' clan. There are nearly
as many spellings as there are names. Start with
John Baptiste Cassavaugh and go on from there or pick from these
family names. Numbers in () represents the number of people in each
family name.

CLARK

A recent discovery also links a large number of Clark's
who are closely related to the Cassavaugh clan. You can check this
out by going to Selah Clark and going from
there. Selah's daughter Laura Ann was my great grandmother having
married John. Chester, one of Selah's son married Frank Cassavaugh's
(killed in civil war), widow. Eugene, another of Selah's sons
married Frank's daughter. Also, Benjamin married Charles Cassevah's
daughter Amelia.
Kristina Parker's website
www.familyworkings.com/gedcoms/parker/Parker.htm
also contains a lot of additional information about the descendents of
Jean-Baptiste Casavant, and Kristina has provided many of the old family
pictures and photos of gravestones in the Chazy cemetaries.
